Mary Ryan is a self-taught jewelry artist from the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

In 2004, Little Brown Bird was born out of a hunger to release creative energy. A love of “all things shiny” made jewelry a natural obsession.

Today, that obsession has bloomed into a legitimate small business. A one-woman show personally creating each hand made piece of wearable art.

At the heart of Little Brown Bird is metalwork, including fine silver, sterling, copper, and brass mixed with semiprecious stones.
